You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration details and be at least 18 years old. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of the trade data and other content you upload. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the Service to you (and to any accountant or client account you explicitly grant access to). We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features require a paid plan. Free-plan accounts have limited functionality, including a restricted view of historical trades and no access to the full Capital Gains Tax report. Pricing and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing section and may change with notice.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the platform, or use it for anything unlawful. You may only upload data you are entitled to use.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
